The MAR-KOET 5000 WATERPROOFING SYSTEM is a tested and proven total waterproofing system.
MAR-KOET 5000 is spray applied by manufacturer certified and trained applicators throughout
the United States.
The MAR-KOET 5000 WATERPROOFING SYSTEM consists of two components: MAR-KOET 5000 Waterproofing
Membrane and one of the MAR-FLEX Drainage and Insulation Boards.
MAR-KOET 5000 is a fortified elastomeric membrane which can be applied over any subsiTate,
it's permanent elasticily allows it to move with created expansion and contraction of wall
surfaces. MAR-KOET 5000 won't become briltle, evaporate or lose it's waterproofing ability.
This permanent membrane resists water and freeze-thaw cycles. MAR-KOET 5000 has been proven
to outlast conventional methods. MAR-KOET 5000 is recommended for waterproofing basement walls
and can be applied over most any wall, poured or masonry.
MAR-KOET 5000 has been evaluated for compliance with the requirements of the BOCAŽ National
Building Code, "See BOCAŽ Evaluation Services, Inc. Research Report No. 95-1 ."
The durable film bonds tightly to most clean, firm and dry surfaces. MAR-KOET 5000 is
recommended also as a waterproofing and general utilily coating on post, piling and metal
surfaces.
